Sanilox, Mechanically Engraved chromed anilox and gravure coating rolls are engraved using tooling produced by our own skilled craftsmen to ensure consistency and repeatability roll to roll. we work on the width & depth ratio of the cells, identifying the optimum to maximize the anilox performance and ensure higher definition.

Multi-pass mechanical engraving. Special tools enable to engrave directly into steel.
